How do I know if my order has gone through successfully? If you have received the order confirmation email then your order has gone through without issue. If you are unsure please feel free to contact us at customerservice@absolutefooty.com.
What communication will I receive after placing my order? Once you have completed your order you will receive the following communication:
Order Confirmation – confirms Absolute Footy has received your order and it is being processed.
Shipped Confirmation – confirms your order has been processed in the warehouse and the parcel has been collected by the carrier and is on its way to you.
When will my order be delivered? Once your order has been shipped from the warehouse you will automatically receive a shipped confirmation email. Delivery is normally within five working days of receipt of your order.
The item I ordered is now out of stock. Why was it on the website? All items are subject to availability. Generally, if an item is showing on our website then it is available to order(unless otherwise stated). However, during busy periods we may be in a position where we cannot supply an item or there may be an unexpected delay in dispatch. If this is the case, we will let you know as soon as possible. Why are there multipal delivery costs for my order? Absolute Footy work with a number of trusted and established retailers in order to provide constant stock availability for our customers. In some cases multiple items from your order will be distributed from our trusted partners and in this case a seperate delivery cost(s) will be applied. You will have the option to review these delivery costs prior to proceeding to payment.
When will my order be delivered? Our estimated standard delivery time is 3-5 working days.
Are there any UK addresses where delivery might take longer? Yes, certain areas such as Scottish Highlands and Islands, offshore locations & Northern Ireland may take longer.
How will my order be delivered? We will select the most appropriate carrier for your goods to ensure your order is delivered in the best possible way.
What happens if I am out when you deliver? If you are not available to accept delivery the courier will leave a card to advise that delivery has been attempted. To rearrange delivery, please follow the instructions on the card.
Can I change my delivery address? No, you can only change your delivery address at the time you are placing your order. Once you have submitted your order we are unable to amend the address.
What if I only receive part of my order? Some orders for multiple items may be divided into separate parcels which may be delivered at different times. Returns & Refunds
What is your UK refund policy? You can return most products to us providing they are unused and in a saleable condition within 14 days of delivery for a full refund with limited exceptions.

How long will it take for my refund to be processed? You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of us receiving your package; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Promotion codes
How do I use a promotion code? Enter the promotion code into the designated field during your checkout process (promotion code is case sensitive).

How do I change my password? To change your password, click on Sign In at the top of the page and enter your email and original password. Once in My Account click on Option 7: ‘Account details’, enter your new password then confirm new password and click on Update My Details to complete change of password.
Can I change information that is stored in My Details? Yes, to change any information stored in My Account, Sign In and click on the area that you wish to change and amend accordingly. Once you have finished remember to logout so others cannot access your personal data. Logout closes My Account, but still allows you to browse the site.
